Vodacom has given me the worst customer service ever ... I bought a laptop cash at a Vodacom store at Heidelberg mall, I wanted to return it due to unforseen circumstances and within the return period I called to ask if possible I was told Vodacom does not have a return policy!!! I called head office and a very nice lady tried to assist me but unfortunately doesn't seem like she was getting anywhere... Now I'm stuck with a laptop of R6100 that Vodacom refuses to take back even though it states on their website I can return it even if I'm not happy with the item as a customer!!! Vodacom just gives bad service!!!
