e-Service Team Effeciency

I have been using a Vodacom contract for two years. I have dealt with the call centre numerously about data queries. The e-mail customer services team is by far the most efficient. They always get the information I'm looking for and they always go the extra mile - they always offer goodwill gestures. The call centres can learn a lot from the e-Service Team. I will continue to use Vodacom for personal and business use and I recommend Vodacom to everybody based on the service I get from them.
