E-mail down
My e-mail down for 9 days. Customer service locked a service ticket on Friday and again on Tuesday received sms query still in progress. Received sms my mail is syncronised. Today is Thursday still not working. 1- ***. Today i phoned customer care. Can't help new service ticket ***. Ridiculous??

29 Apr 2022, 12:38My e-mail is working. I wonder why must it always get to the extreme before your problem is solved. Thanks to the technichian who phoned me this morning my e-mail was up and running within 10min. Why did this not happen 7days ago????
