Duplication of Order Six Months Later Still nothing Done been Billed

An order was duplicated on my account and i received two extra handsets on contract from Vodacom i advised them as soon as i received the handsets that there was an error , six months later and the handsets have still not been collected , i am been billed for the contracts , and still no reply from them , last reference i got was EC-1RFM-22SQ1L Re: Duplication of Order ***
