Duped

<p>Dear Vodacom, let's say I did mistakenly select a recurring 1gig a month option instead of a 30 day, by law it will be charged on debit balances reflecting on my subscription account not added to my overall credit limit and taken off my personal banking account because that'll be changing my credit agreement completely. Mind you this would be done by self-service automation namely *111# and no where on my initial letter of agreement does this reflect either as a waiver or an ammendment term that I signed for. As I am writing this, It is with great disbelief to inform you that I have been kept on hold by your back-office for over an hour sifting through my contract trying to give me a section that disproves or nullifies my claim. Merely deactivating this doesn't change the fact that I had been duped into paying R149 which was supposed to be taken out of the monthly subscription debited into my account monthly. I am going to hang-up now...if no one from your side contacts me to resolve this matter or prove me otherwise, I will be forced to take this matter a step further than your unhelpful contact centre</p>
