Dud replaced with a dud

I got a contract phone last year March and it failed on August and it was replaced with a refurbished phone which also failed earlier this year. About three weeks ago it failed again and replaced with a refurbished phone again. This one failed after 3 days. As I am writing this the refurbished phone I received today had restarted twice. Why am I paying for this handset if the service is atrocious. Why do you sell me a handset that doesn't work. I have lost faith in both Vodacom and Sony.

Reviewer Update

As I am writing this it is Friday (holiday, supposed to be a good Friday, with nothing good about it), I am stuck with a phone that does not even switch on, I specifically mentioned that they should stop giving back the phone that continuously fail. That was ignored. It costs time and money for me to go to Vodacom World and sit and wait for a dud phone. After that I have to use data to get the apps back on the phone. What am I paying for.
