On 1 June a deduction was made on my account as per normal by Vodacom that appeared not to have gone thru.
So on 2 June I made a payment to Vodacom for the same amount from my account. The same day I received a report from my bank that the Vodacom payment did go thru.
I contacted Vodacom for the first time on 2 June to report the matter. I received a ref. number from Vodacom for this case (S3-87FIE-EBPY). I've send numerous faxes and e-mails to as numerous fax numbers and e-mail addresses as there are departments to took to. Every time they just say they haven't received any faxes or e-mails. Or just \pass on the buck". So up to today I have spoken to 20 people with no solution.
From then I've been given the run around from one department to the next with a lot of promises and up to date no action to resolve the problem.
Vodacom wants to credit my account with the amount and do not want to return the funds. So my other accounts must just wait for it seems that it is Vodacom's policy not to return any funds to there clients not even if there clients are pensioners and they have the funds needed to buy food for the month to live from.
Is this greed or am I rong"""
