Dual-Sim feature not working

We have been loyal customers to Vodacom for YEARS. And recently with the amount of **** Telkoms been giving us we have moved all our contracts over to Vodacom.

The reason I am giving 1-star to Vodacom is because I went to a Vodacom branch to organise a Huawei P30 Lite contract . The lady at Vodacom marketed the cellphone as dual-sim. I EXPLICITLY asked for dual SIM as I am desperately in need of this feature. I see that the SIM tray has 2 SIM holders. And I've found reviews saying that Vodacom blocks of the 2nd SIM for insurance purposes. I am VERY VERY VERY disappointed and what can easily make me close my contracts is the false advertising that's been done on this phone.
