Dual sim

I am very appalled with regards to the service I received at Vodacom the Glen Mall. I went there on saterday 21/03/2020 to buy a new phone, Huawei Y9 Prime 2019. I opened the phone on sunday the 22nd only to find out that its not a dual sim . What makes it worse I wanted to go to telkom and the consultant who was assisting me and my husband said they will call and find out how much the phone is at telkom. They said they will phone telkom and find out for us which they did and informed us the phone is R6400.00 and they **** , the phone was actually R4200.00 at telkom .

I brought the phone back on Monday the 23rd after 1 day of buying it and they told me they cannot take it back because its opened and that all their phones as a network are not dual sim. I advised them that I bought a phone which I have used before and know that its a dual sim, not a network. I have used the phone before and I know its a dual sim . The manager refused to assist me and told me there's nothing they can do .I bought the phone cash , my hard earned money in these trying times and I cannot take a phone that will not be at my convenience. I left the phone there and left my contact details but no one has contacted to solve this issue.

I am so dissapointed at Vodacom the Glen and I will not stop until they refund me my money or give me a phone that will satisfy my needs as a client.

Will they contact me via email or cellphone? The shut down starts tomorrow and I believe they will be closed. The sales ladies at The Glen mall **** to me in order to obtain a sale and I don't think that is how Vodacom should operate. Are these the kind of principles that you instill on your employees. The manager is even worse
