Dstv Now Data bundle do not work!

I gotten 2 Dstv Now video Bundles over the last 2 days and both do not work. It uses my normal data and finishes it completely. When i log in to my Vodacom app the dstv Video bundles reflect but just do not work. This is ridiculous a waster of money and data.
