Dropping my calls and sometimes can't even receive calls

Vodacom keeps on dropping my calls, sometimes people even tell me they call me but the phone never rings, as if it is switch off. But my my phone is on and has full signal. I am tired of this. I have made many complaints with vodacom and it never gets resolved. The one time someone tried to help me they said it is fixed and as soon as I wanted to ask them what about the business I lost because of it they just hung up. I am on a business contract an pay like R800 a month for a contract that made me loose business. So tired of this and they just keep ignoring my complaints. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone. I can't even get out of the contract otherwise I have to pay penalty fees for a service that is not up to the standard that they promised me. Ridiculous. Come on Vodacom up your game. they sometimes give me like free 10mins of vodacom to vodacom cals but what of the calls that is not to vodacom. And the business I have lost cost more than that.
