DROPPED VODACOM CALLS

I have several contracts with vodacom since they have started. I live in Carina Ave, Southern Cross, Great brak river, Mossel bay, Western Cape for 2 years Neither me or my husband ever had any problems with signal in this area before. Since 2 months ago we started experiencing numerous drop calls on virtually every call made or received. I am a Master Property Practitioner , and my cell phone is the core of my business. I have lost thousands in possible commission because of this problem.

I have contacted Vodacom several times, since the beginning of March. NO BODY responded to my calls. I keep on getting false promises of them"looking into it"., and sending technicians etc. I am totally at my wits end and very desperate to get this problem solved ASAP. PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH THIS MATTER
