Dropped the ball big time

Vodacom has me running around and following up with couriers for an order placed with them!

Talk about passing the buck

Despite being promised all relevant info, I don't even have an order number as reference so couriers can't help me

yeah, same nonsense feedback that an order number will be sent to me so I can do the run around with Digital Planet but nothing ever sent to me

Vodacom took my money and cant even give me an order number from a Black Friday purchase
