Dropped Calls Vodacom?

I have been experiencing alot of dropped calls with Vodacom since Monday 13th August 2018, this has not just happened to me but to two of my colleagues. I also experienced the amount of airtime loaded when my calls were dropped seemed much less after the call drops. I had reported this to vodacom today and had a very rude consultant to deal with. What is service and customer care coming to. My cell number is ********** , and these were the other affected cellphone numbers: ********** 070, ********** .

Something needs to be done about this ASAP!
