Dropped calls, very weak signal, and being shrugged off

<p>I have contacted Vodacom regarding the very poor signal we are experiencing at our offices / residential area. We have a tower not a km from us, but still you have to stand at a certain place on the property to even think of making or receiving a call. When sitting at your desk during office hours, you will get numerous sms's all coming through at once, all indicating calls you have missed. And when you try and call back, you have to get up and go to that one spot where there is a hint of signal, and not always. The first feedback I got was that they are planning on installing another tower in the area, as the tower closest to us is overloaded, so the consultant said. But no indication can be given as to when this will happen. And when I asked Vodacom via facebook if they can give an answer, you get told that feedback has been given, and that's it. Meanwhile, we are trying to run a business, and we have numerous devices connected to Vodacom, all suffering the same fate. I asked if Vodacom can send a technician out to come and test the signal, to see how bad the problem is, but theyvseem to really avoid that route for some reason. Even ignoring comments made to their replies on Facebook. We have been experiencing this problem for a few years now, and it just gets worse. We need answers, as our day to day lives are being influenced by the complete discomfort of a lack of service that we have to pay for. </p>
