Dropped Calls / Bad Signal / Insufficient Bandwidth

Since moving to Dowerglen we have MAJOR signal problems both with phone and data. I've called numerous times to address this issue, but nothing has improved, despite changing settings on phones and modem. You will notice we get multiple dropped calls daily, we often get missed calls/messages when our phone didn't even ring. Many mornings there is "no signal". The data line keeps giving "insufficient bandwidth" messages. I have spoken to a number of people in the area and they report the same/similar problems. Could someone kindly contact me in order to come out and test and find a solution - perhaps some type of booster or similar? Many thanks.

Reviewer Update
I haven't received any follow-up or feedback from Vodacom. I'm still experiencing dropped calls, missed calls, calls going straight to voice mail, LIMITED bandwidth when trying to connect with my modem (different number to cell phone), insufficient bandwidth, disconnects when on the internet. This is a MAJOR frustration. You sold me an "upgraded" data package - perhaps you should cancel that and I should change to Telkom (or someone else) who provides fibre in the area, as I definitely can not continue like this. I have called and reported this, but no resolution at all. I'm very disappointed that you have not even contacted me after my comment on 10 April (other than your written response above) to try and resolve this issue.
