Dropped Calls and No Signal

I can't even remember when last I had a phone call that hasn't been dropped. It seems lately it's the norm for Vodacom to drop calls. This is not only irritating but having to phone clients back and having to explain is even worse. Every time this happens the signal cuts out completely and there has even been times where the signal didn't return for a couple of minutes. I am struggling SO BADLY to make phonecalls from our northern Natal area. Is there something wrong with your towers or something? My colleague is experiencing the same issues. Too many dropped calls in the last two to three months. Completely unacceptable. What's happening to your infrastructure lately? Please could you get back to me in writing to explain what the issue is. It's completely pointless to pay for a contract you cannot use because you never have cellular signal. If this issue cannot be resolved, (Dropped Calls, Missed Calls, No Mobile Network, etc.), I would like my contract to be cancelled without penalty and have my sim migrated to another Service Provider.
