Dropped calls

<p>I have been a client of Vodacom for many years in the Groblersdal/Maleoskop area but in the resent past I am very dissapointed. It seems that the tower in our region is no longer being attended to. I experience dropped calls and while I do have 3 or more reseption bars on my phone, people phoning me cant hear me. Or while being busy with a conversation, it is suddenly interrupted or ended. My husband is with MTN and he does not experience this even when we are sitting next to each other. Vodacom is aware of this problem as they have send me sms messages reading as follows:" We've noticed that you've had some dropped calls. As SA's first & Best 4G network, we've given you 10 free VC-to-VC minutes to use by tomorrow 23:59 etc." What use is this to me? In our area there is no 4G reseption and I dont want free minutes: I want to conduct my business when and where it suits me! This is really very frustrating as I run a business which depents on reliable phone connections.</p>
