DREAM CRUSHING GOLDDIGGERS!!!

After having a vodacom number for almost over 7years , I decided to take out a vodacom contract around 2015/2016 ,'of which I simply had a debit order arranged for payment. SIM got lost as well as my Contract papers due to moving. And due to statements not being sent to me after noticing they had not received payment (according to them) NO CONSULTANT FOLLOW UPS, NO EMAILS SENT AND ABSOLUTELY NO HELP IN STORE WITHOUT THE CONTRACT PAPERS !!!!

PATHETIC!!!!!

Payments have been going off and had stopped out of nowhere! GREAT! That means I have one less account to worry about ... all my other accounts or banks had been in contact with me via my work phone number or even via email to grab my attention and arrange an affordable payment plan... I even managed to close one account .

So im one step closer to having a lovely car , so I apply and wow guess who calls ? Associates of Vodacom requesting payment of R4000 , hellooooooo? Where the f?#k have you been over the past year and a half! Why has no one contacted me from vodacom but the asssociates do !!

I have just app**** for a car only to het another call telling me I am blacklisted , this is utter BS!!!

I WILL NEVER SUGGEST VODACOM EVER AGAIN! THE MOST ****TY CUSTOMER CARE!!!!

If I reveive another decline especially for the vehicle due to being blacklisted I will say THANK YOU VODACOM FOR RIPPING ME OFF !!!!
