Downgrade on upgrade

Really not happy! I have Contracts for myself and my family on Vodacom! My husband pays for his devices and I pay for mine and kids. Wanted to upgrade, but instead they offer me a downgraded data contract of R99! Seriously. My account is always paid with extra! Now that I want to upgrade, which is a bit more expensive, but I can still afford, they want to completely downgrade me to something I won't use! I have been with Vodacom for many years! My account is always paid! Now this! My current amount I pay on the upgrade contract is R1462. I can afford the extra R550 on the upgrade, but nooooo, they want to downgrade me to a data contract for R99. Make that make sense!
