I contacted Vodacom on the 16th or 17th January 2017 to upgrade. On Vodacom4me it stated "free next day delivery". Upon calling them i was told by Kamini that it takes 5 to 7 working days, now being a month and still nothing. I then posted a comment on Vodacom's facebook page on the 29th January. They rep**** saying to email them and they will assist. I have since been contacted by 3 different people from the social media team via email stating that they have escalated the query etc. etc. Kamini told me that they have stock of the J7 in gold which i chose in order to get the phone asap, if i had known it would take this long i would have chosen a decent colour. I think the service is shocking and from posting on their facebook page it seems i am one of many with the same problem.

Best regards,
Thank you. Yes Carmen phoned me on Friday night, the systems were slow so it was an extremely lengthy conversation...the call cut out because i was on the highway. She contacted me again yesterday and went through the same very lengthy process for the 3rd time. The J5 that i originally ordered is out of stock so had to choose another one again because i am now desperate.

I received an sms from courier company RAM on the morning of the 22nd Feb to say delivery of my cell phone would be between 2 - 5pm. I contacted them via email at 8:30am to notify them that i have to leave at 12:00 noon for a meeting, therefore will not be able to sign for the cell phone if they haven't delivered by then. Charles and i liased via email and he notified me at 10:30am that they would try deliver by 12:00. My colleague said the driver arrived at approximately 14h00 and abuptly asked "why couldn't she wait"? I have waited a month and a half for Vodacom to do my upgrade and now I must deal with a bad attitude from their courier company as well, when i notified them in more than enough time and cancel my meeting at the last minute??
