Doubly invoicing

I migrated my package on the 17th of May 2017 online and via the call centre. As per our verbal agreement, the new package was supposed to come into effect on the 1st of June 2017. However, it seems that the call centre agent registered the migration on the same day instead of the last day of the month, which means I was charged a pro rata amount of R 217.57 for May for the new package in addition to my paid up old package, and again a full subscription fee for June. The call centre gave me the runaround and in the end advised me to send an e-mail to Vodacom Online Admin, which I did on 12 June 2017. I received a response from a Tracy the next day (13 June with reference number (https://vadminlikeminds.freshdesk.com/helpdesk/tickets/11585) to say that the matter will be investigated. Today marks the 2 week anniversary of this query and to date I have had no further feedback. My debit order runs on Friday (the 30th) and I DO NOT WISH to pay money that I don't need to and will never see again once it has been deducted. Can somebody PLEASE action this and provide me with feedback?

When exactly will this consultant contact me? Another 2 days have gone by without any action on your part. My debit order will run tomorrow and I would like for this matter to be laid to rest before then so that you deduct the correct amount.
