Double sim swap leading to banking account ********** events

We have as a family have for ever ....had 6 Vodacom mobile accounts and been with them since 1995 , (always supported them as eldest son is director of AT&T) and also thought they had a good product . Then we have a week ago , we had the ultimate nightmare of a double ********** Sim swap done on the business and sister private phones which culminated in a raid on our banking / investments . The bank concerned have helped no end with their ***** division , calling some times twice daily giving us updates . The SAPS ***** detectives have also followed up and kept us appraised but Vodacom had given no respect / consideration and bluntly refuses to respond to valid questions . The Manager at the George Voidacom branch was approached in person - she requested an Affidavit which we comp**** with immediately and then we posed a few vaid questions to her as the Vodacom representative. She has given the undertaking to resolve AND OBTAIN ANSWERS and will " call us back " - she never does and one just continues to phone her ...her excuse every time is she must get an update from her ***** division . Have tried calling Vodacom head office , was given a " management number in ***** div to call ********** 877 " but the number remains unanswered..... The vodacom web site states " their e-mail contact has been temporarily removed" yet their web site states they value their customers ...the telephonic help desk does not extend to such an eventuality as my issue and the local management representative ( George) of the national company just refuses to assist their client , closes shop 30 minutes early ( or switched off their phones ) and has as yet not even offered the companies apologies, This is a week after they must know what transpired to break their own procedures . Abysmal cannot even describe my & the families feeling of the service handed to us by a company we respected .
