Double payment without my permission...*******??

I received an SMS this morning that a Stop order had gone through my account for my Vodacom account. I pay my account every beginning of the month so found this odd as I thought I might have forgot to make payment this month. I checked my bank account and saw that I made payment and that this stop order had gone through without my permission.

I then called your pathetic call centre and they informed me that they did put the stop order through without my permission. At this stage I did not have enough money in my account for this stop order now I have bank charges to pay as well. The woman I spoke to told me that she will put me through to the correct department to get the reversal done of this stop order. I waited for over 10 minutes to get through and eventually gave up as I have work to do (unlike the people employed by Vodacom).

I then went onto your very poorly laid out website to see if I could get in contact with someone through that channel. I followed a tab that gives you an option to be called back, so I gave that a try. As soon as I filled in all my details and completed this procedure I received an SMS saying that “there was a problem recording my scheduled call back”??? Why put an option like this on your website if it does not even work??

I am expecting this money to be reversed immediately as well as the bank charges that I have been charged. Your service is absolutely pathetic and the call centre is a joke full of people that have no clue what is happening around them!! How on earth does Vodacom have the right to just put a stop order through a clients account without his permission, where did you even get my bank account number to do this?? I make manual payments myself at the beginning of every month for this exact reason!! I am pretty sure that what has happened here is *******?

I am expecting your call back today or I will be forced to take this further.
