Double jeopardy

Clearly,with all the reviews stated here,mine is not different,there’s something wrong going on in this establishment.i was sold a new contract with a laptop under false pretense that i was upgrading my existing contract,only to notice a deduction of R142 for a new line.now i have to pay for two contracts which i must pay R807 every month. I’ve made several attempts to get this fixed,everyday i call to try n cancel the new contract,they are sending me from pillar to post. I’ve been using Vodacom for nearly 14 years I have never experienced such level on dishonesty.
