Double deductions. WORST SERVICE EVER VODACOM

I have honestly never experienced such terrible service from an accounts department in my life. They have double billed me. After three weeks of back and forth calls and three reference numbers later they tell me its too late as i logged it too late, the money will now be deducted.

I am now on the 5th week and after the money was deducted beginning of February no contact anymore and no resolvement to my issue. I am highly dissappointed and will for sure not recommend anyone to Vodacom.

When calling every single person just puts my call through to another person. I was sent to the vodacom shops twice whereby they tell me they cant assist i need to phone. Absolute terrible service.
