Double Deduction without Notice or Statements

Vodacom has done a double deduction to the account holder Mrs. M Sukhoo for the months of September and October with no Oct Statement provided.

This was due to the Mrs. Sukhoo switching from credit card payments to debit order due to a lost credit card and vodacom refusing to allow for an update.

upon changing the account method of payment she was unaware of the the manner in which the amounts would be debitted out!

Vodacom wants to impose a penalty charge as well and still deduct the costs for the month of October without providing an October statement nor explaining to the account holder that there would be 2 months deductions going out on the specified date!

This has all occurred due to the fact that vodacom has updated their policy of not accepting payment via credit card an also not being willing to update the credit card details - the account holder had the same method of payment for the better part of 10 years.

can a representative from Vodacom please contact Mrs. Sukhoo and find a way in rectifying the matter as this is poor service from Vodacom and siting that the customer has 4 separate contracts with you, it will be bad to lose a valued customer and I can confirm that Mrs. Sukhoo is willing to cancel all contracts with the nextwork provider!!
