Double deduction

<p>Vodacoms services is so shocking as a double deduction went off of my account with a transver of ownership on the 31/08/2016 and this issue is still not resolved I forwarded the proof of payment to the supp**** email adress on the 03/10/2016 after 11 different emails send through to customare care nothing is still done to resolve the matter!! The only mail I receive is:</p> <p> </p> <p>Dear Jani</p> <p> </p> <p>We thank you for your email communication.</p> <p> </p> <p>As Marelize advised in the previous email correspondence, she has emailed your proof of payment and requests urgent contact to be made from the Senior consultant dealing with your Service request.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please allow at least 24 working hours for feedback and to be contacted.</p> <p>Kind Regards,<br />Bianca Cecelia Mitas</p> <p>Customer Care<br />eService Team</p> <p> </p> <p>Above was send through on the 20/10/2016 still nothing is resolved.</p> <p><br />I do not want to wait 24 hours anymore as you can see how long this enquiry has been hanging and im fed up, its so ridiculous how fast a double deduction can be debited, but paying back take 2 months.</p> <p>I want this issue to be resolved before my next deduction goes off on the 26/10/2016 as I have had it with Vodacom.</p> <p>I do not want to hear its been escilated I want is sorted out and paid back into my account!</p>
