double decution
Good Day
I called vodacom yesterday regarding the deductions. Firstly 02.12.17 a lady called me regarding and upgrade i told her i'm not interested she said ok than she will make it so i can just pay for the data which will be R45 a month. I told her that should be fine with me. I than received an sms with a ref number. In December an amount of R150 went of with the same ref number stating upgrade fee. month end Decemeber the installment of R99 went off. So i was under the impression only R45 would go of for January but instead a whole R270 went of. I called in i was transferred and transferred and eventually i was told to e-mail proof of ********** which i did. Called back to find out if they received my mail no one could tell me instead i was told the subject should be my account number. I resent the e-mail and asked the guy how i would know if they received it i was told to just wait.
Vodacom is a very expensive network than you still get unprofessionalism like this. How can i just wait no automated response nothing. I am not one to reverse debit orders because it will reflect badly on my name at the end of the day. I really dissapointed in the service and would to cancel my contract with immediate effect.
Regards
