DOUBLE-DEBITED MONTHS AFTER CANCELLING CONTRACTS

After having been charged an exoribtant R6481 at the end of Jan 2015 by Vodacom for out-of-bundle usage on my 3G contract, without any warning or notification that I had reached / was exceeding my cap / limit during the month of Dec '14, I gave a month's notice to cancel all my Vodacom contracts after being a customer for the last 14 years. I was delighted to pay my last instalment to Vodacom at the end of Feb '15, only to wake up to a shock SMS from my bank on a public holiday (Fri 1 May '15) that the R6481 had been debited from my account yet AGAIN!!!! Instead of spending the day with my family, I had to drive to Eastgate to enquire (as the accounts department only works Mon - Fri, as confirmed by Joshua at the store and his manageress) Although the second, most recent R6481 shows on my statement with Vodacom, there is no invoice available to substantiate what this is for? It is marked as a Journal entry (supposedly to close off my account by the Vodacom Accounts Department) Instead of a mere journal entry, I have now been double debited to add insult to injury for the shocking way in which Vodacom treat their long-standing customers.
