Double Debit Unresolved

Att Faiek Mohamed

So now Dominic from vodacom emails me a statement of account how many time are you going to email me the same thing, I dont want that. The error was on your system and you keep sending me the invoice. My bank statement show that it was paid so you have no ground.

But looks to me I have to pull a stunt like the guy in West Rand mall befire I am heard.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Previous messages no repons

Once again I am complaining about an unresoveld issue

So I am still awaiting vodacom s reply to my message after we had a quick discssion, but I am still awaiting

IT IS LIKE YOU KEEPING ME FOR A FOOL FOR EVERYTIME CALLING ME AND I SUBMIT DOCS BUT NO ONE COMES BACK, MUST I FIRST GO TO THE PAPERS AND MEDIA BEGORE YOUBLOSTEN

Dear Faiek Mohamed

I am still awaiting a reply from F Mohamed from vodacom after I gave him proof that I am correct and to show him he is wrong.

I had my bank statements drawn by the bank which I mailed you and you could see that I did pay every month, then you come back to me stating their is no payment for Dec/jan but yet I scren shotted my statement to show you it was paid, the exact same statements I mailed you, Then you just mail me back no payments was recivied. PLEASE GO LOOK AGAIN, I am not sure if is vodacoms way of playing games but I am getting tired of it, I have the evidence to state my case but you keep on coming with excuses. But now it will leave me no choice but to escalte this to the ombudsman/NCC as you keep on ignoring my facts.

Since I got this contract I always paid it on time and suddenly the month I changed my debit order date you took off twice the money which you had no right to as I only changed my debit day and that meaning you would still of received your installment for the month. I do not know where your system made the mistake to say I was in arrears by you.

So I want my one premuin back and if it must I will follow the legal route to court and the NCR and Ombudsman and NCC as I will have the evidence to show that since I got the contract every month the account was paid the normal installment and their was no grounds for the double debit. I don't care when your system generates the invoice the payment was made for the month and I have other accounts whereby I also moved my debit date and no double debits were done by them

So fix it or this will result into further legal proceedings, as I am also looking at the comment of Hello Peter you guys have alot of problems with your system.

Thank You

awaiting your reply
