Double Debit orders

The worst ever, my husband’s debit order went off twice, without any fail we phone everyday to get the money paid back but no success. Everyday another story sitting on almost 25 days now they told us the money hasn’t been allocated. Submitted all the documentation numerous times after every request to do so. This is the worst call centre to work with. Would not recommend Vodacom as a cellphone network supplier.
