Double debit orders!!!!!!

I have phoned 3 times regarding double debit orders that have gone off from my account. first time I was on the phone for half an hour where i was told it will be sorted but i have to phone back,. then I phoned again and was on the phone for an hour and a half. then the line dropped and no phoned back!!! I phoned again as I need my money and again after 40 mins the line dropped and no one phoned back!!!! <br> <br> This was on 8 January, up until today I have still not received my money!!!! I want my money NOW , im so disappointed with vodacom I feel like just cancelling my contracts and rather go to another service provider. <br> <br> Pathetic service!!!
