double debit order deduction

I noticed I got a notification that A Vodacom debit order payment was made. Within 1 minute I received another notification that another debit order of the same amount was deducted. The most deducted was more than R6, 000 which has a huge impact on my other debit orders payments. The next day I got an sms that Vodacom has done double deductions and this will be fixed by Monday. This is not good enough. What about my inconvenience with my other debit orders my bank interest loss from this travesty by Vodacom.
