DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER DEDUCTION

In December 2015, Vodacom Double Deducted my Debit Order. The message I got from them said they would cover all bank charges. Other Debit Orders were returned on my Bank Account, amounting to R700 worth of Unpaid Item Fees. I should NOT have to pay these since it was a Vodacom mess up. I sent a query at the beginning of January already. After numerous calls, etc., I am now told I must wait until 9 March and that I must ask my bank to refund me - NO, I didn't ***** up, Vodacom did. This is Disgusting to say the least.
