Double debit order !!

You have deducted double my debit order this month on 1 jan 2016. I want it returned IMMEDIATELY!! Secondly, without my authority. And additional R149 was added to my account for a 1gig. I phoned in to cancel it. And it was added Again this month! I spoke to jackson in customer service and he ignored my request. My ref number is ***. Fix this problem immediately!!
