Who on God's green Earth invented Tobi?

Vodacom deducted R5k today when I had already made a payment on the contract. You have to jump over lava on the Earths core to even attempt to speak to an actual human being. After doing all the unnecessary useless prompts you get directed to useless Tobi who has to send you an SMS for further assistance for it to not help you with what you actually need. I need to speak to an actual human being in stead of Tobi!!
