DOUBLE DEBIT

Further to my recent report where I complained of Vodacom harassing me for R160 on an upgrade - I was called by someone from Vodacom who apoplogised and stated that as it was an online upgrade I should not even have been charged in the first place. he offered to refund the R160 (which hd already been debited at that stage) or I could have 500MB extra data for 3 months. I said 6 months and he agreed. Both parties apparently happy.<br> today a second debit of R160 goes through my account. Now I am definitely not happy. I will now settle with the addition 500MB (making 700MB pm total) for the full period of the 2 year contract s it has now become a joke. and my extra R160 returned.
