Double deal ends up being just empty promises

I've been a loyal vodacom client for many years, after porting over from MTN. With my latest upgrade in November 2016, I chose the Samsung deal where I got the Samsung S7 and the promise of a free tablet. I was assisted online by Natalie Uys to complete the order.

When I received my phone with the courier, only the handset and the simcard for the tablet was included. There was no tablet inside, or any note on the slip to state that it will follow later. I immediately contacted Vodacom Online Chat again, and was assured by the consultant that I will get it, and that I do not need to worry. I also spoke personally over the phone to Natalie Uys to advise her likewise.

It transpired that Vodacom was out of stock. On 3/1/2017 I contacted vodacom online chat again (Lynette) who said that she can't see anything, and that I need to send a email to ********** to enquire, which I did on 4/1.

Deresheni rep**** asking for a delivery address on 5/1, which I supp****, and on 9/1 he wrote :

I have forward this to the relevant department to have the tab 3 delivered.

Up to date, I haven't received anything. On 25/1 he said:

Kindly be advised we are experiencing system issues , I will revert back to you once I have received feedback.

I do apologize for the delay and any inconvenience caused.

I demanded an answer on 28/1 again, and indicated that if I do not get any response, I will go to Hellopeter.com, which I am doing now out of pure desperation. I've also posted a query on vodacom's facebook , to which I got no response either.

If vodacom can't keep its promises, it should not make offers like this. I am really unhappy about this and vodacom's pure ignorance to my correspondence. I feel that I have been mislead by the offer (which by the way actually offers TWO tablets - but only if you are on the correct system, something which I also have been cheated out of unfairly)

Upgrade nr ********** 246

Your response will be appreciated to resolve this matter.

Despite the official business reply on 3/2, did no one contact me as yet, and I doubt if they ever will.
It can REALLY not be that difficult just to ship the device out for delivery, or did it get reposessed along the line??
Really Vodacom, you are not playing the game fair.
