Double Data Promotion False Advertising

Please note. Don't want any freebies. Just putting this out there.

This is the second time now where we looked at the options for the double data promotion, we loaded the amount to purchase and went back to choose the option where all of a sudden the double data promotion that was available 10 seconds ago isn't available anymore.

Ever since on my contract I always buy 10GB so my only option for the last 2 months are 2x 250MB which will give me one Instagram post and Facebook video.

That means data gets sent to you and you make the bundles according to what is spent on what type of data bundles being bought. All the other family members in my household gets the 2x options on all the bundles because they don't buy as much data.

In a plain and simple explanation, you are taking everyone for a ride, false advertising.

That is the last straw with this network. After more than 13 years with Vodacom. I'm considering canceling this contract and you can collect your phone. I'm sick and tired of paying one cent more. First of all paying R1125 on a contract which is suppose to be R1085 is ridiculous.

After the data theft story (Where my data now lasts me twice as long) you now do this. Other people might be taken for a ride but you will not take me for a ride.

P.S. My bank offers me much more for much less and no HIDDEN COSTS, NO DATA THEFT and NO FALSE ADVERTISING. a Tailor-made package that suits all my needs.
