Double data not app****

I bought 20gb data through the Vodacom app but I picked the option for double data. It was one of the only bundles that said double data. After the purchase I did not receive the double data. I phoned Vodacom as to try and avoid complaining on hello Peter as this is not the 1st time this happened. Customer service said that he can see the double data was not app**** and that he will correct the problem. This morning I received an SMS stating I do not qualify as I did not use the app. I have always use the app, also this time. Can you please apply my double data or give me back my money as this is again false advertising form Vodacom. SMS received from Vodacom: "Dear customer, as per your ref 1- ********** ********** , only data bundle purchased via the My Vodacom App, under the double your data promo tab. Data bundles purchased through any other channel does not qualify for the promo. Have a pleasant day further. "
