Double charged during contract renewal month

1.) I upgraded my cellphone contract a few months back. In September I was charged for the old contract AND the new one, despite only receiving the old contract benefits (Smart S). So, R203.86 + vat should be refunded where the new contract was charged without receiving the service.

2.) 100MB MI Promo... I have been battling for months to get this off my bill. Despite being cancelled, I was still being charged. It has not appeared on my latest invoice, but I would like to be refunded for the instances where I was charged, without receiving the service.

I reported both of the above at the beginning of November. See invoices H5-11RHX and H5-VHBN. The operator agreed with me that the charges were without merit and should be refunded. Two seperate cases were generated but to date I have not received my refunds. It has been a month and a half.
