Double charged and accounts just changed to business accounts with out reason or notice

<p>I had my contract with Altech Celular but since the company closed down ,my contract was moved directly to Vodacom .</p> <p> I was recently in the Vodacom branch as i had received a high cellphone account . When i quiered about this we come to realise VOdacom had charged me for two months of bills. Altech has charged me for my March bill. Then Vodacom in April Deducted for MArch again as well as APril.I was told that the matter would be escalated and that i would be contacted shortly on this matter . This was last week Wednesday (11 OF May) . I then tried to move to a bigger package , i was told that i was not allowed to do this as my contract was changed from private to a business contact . </p> <p>I have now waited for more then a week for this matter to be resolved . I was given a reference but no one has called me or credited me for the double charge . Seems like Vodacom is quicky to take money ,quick to make stupid errors but extremely slow or not intrested to correct there faults .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
