double charged again

i am sick and tired about vodacom , only have 2months using this contract but i am not enjoying at all .vodacom suppose to depit money on my account by the 29th of octomber of which they did but money bounced back somehow i dont know why ,the next day tried to call in million times for ask them whta would have went wrong ,the call center people they just giving me useless answers of which is not helping at all .i did an eft yestatdy someone from the call centersaid it take 5 hours to clear on their side and they will take my account onut of arears . but now when i check my balance is saying i owe them R606.81 for what i really dont know .can someone from account assist me
