First month, a pro rated bill and a full bill for the same contract. I phoned you, you said it would be corrected, you didnt correct it and double charged me.

instead of 94% of a months bill you billed me 194% of a months bill.

I would like this corrected immediately, and since harm to your bottom line is the only thing corporate greed responds to, allow me to outline my intent should you not fix this.

Consider that you are about to receive a whole bunch contracts from Cell C. consider how many people would flood your stores preventing sales due to being worried (rightfully so) about you robbing them. You continue with this **** because it is profitable for you, too many people let you rob them, because individually the fight is not worth it, but it makes you Millions in ill gotten gains.
