DONT't accept telephone sales
Telephone sales? Send it back if you don't want it? DON'T!! Vodacom does not cancel the contract when you send it back.
November 2018 received a modem and they collected it back. Vodacom has been charging for the modem since then. Upon discovery of this I have been trying to get the number cancelled and funds repaid. Phoned about 10 times in the last month and still no final result.
Really disappointed as normally Vodacom gives good service.
