Don't waste your time with Vodacom. They are a bureaucratic nightmare.

As a company we app**** for 6 devices on a 2 year contract. One would expect that this would be good business for them but sadly not. The company already had a pay as you go account but we had to go through the whole process of applying again. Endless letters and documents but we did this and waited for the application to go through. Nothing. We kept inquiring and it eventually came out that it had not gone through as there was an IT problem and they need to resolve. Bottom line 4 weeks later!!! Nothing. We were patient (covid19 and all) but did need the devices urgently for staff to work from home. No devices means loss of revenue for the company. So we went to CellC and it all got done in a reasonable time.
