Don't want their money

I have recently taken out a second cell phone contract with Vodacom and they said the first amount will go off within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the phone which it has not. I phoned in numerous times why that is and get different answers from different consultants, they then said within 7 days and it still has not gone off. I phoned in today again and they said no invoice has been generated so my first debit order will go off on the 01st of October 2017, which means they will take 3 installments at once. This is unacceptable. I urge people not to take out Vodacom contracts, stay away. Cell number in question is ********** 132. And when I phoned them back to cancel this contract because of this they said it has been sorted they will take it off on the first of September so they would not let me cancel this contract even though I was in my 14 working days and now it is too late. This is the second time I am listing this on this site as no one contacted me as stated in their reply

Still no call, people please don't listen to the response you get from Vodacom as they never bother phoning you
