Don’t use VodaShops - go direct to Vodacom
VodaShops are dicey Upgraded phone a contract a few weeks ago. VodaShop Constantia Village. I thought the where part of Vodacom but now find they are apparently independent. My new phone packed up after a couple of weeks. Took it in on Dec 9. They wouldn’t do a swap because it was after 7 days. 6 weeks later the phone hasn’t been looked at yet! Service delivery in the 3rd world?
