Don't use Vodacom they just lie and give bad service!!!

I'm VERY VERY disappointed in Vodacom. And i'm Fed up with the bad service. In 04 Sep 2020, i laid a complain against them. It was sorted out according to them. But we just figured out they NEVER stopped the line. I paid from July 2020 R200 on a line i never use. If i knew that i would have never renew my contract nor my moms. I want my money back from July 2020 till now. Please can u help me to sort out this problem. U will see it's not our first time that we have a problem with them. They are really really USELESS!!!

After we phone them they said they can cancel the contract but i'm going to pay a cancelation fee.
I'm not paying anything and i want my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I phoned back vodacom said the 1 line were never cancelled. SORT THIS OUT TODAY!!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! Looks like vodacom become a ***** company now. This has nothing to do with old lines or people who did *****. Vodacom said they cancel both line and they didnt. I WANT THIS SORT OUT TODAY!!!!! PHONE ON ***. I'm fed up with vodacoms useless and bad service.
